Career Coaching
I have been working with Juli since I met her in Abu Dhabi in 2018. I had recently taken a new role in the gulf and needed to build a team and my own leadership skills to execute my role. Juli designed off-sites, workshops and action plans that helped me, and my team focus on the task at hand, breaking down what we needed to do over key milestones.
Most recently I have used Juli to coach me through a career move back to the US, her action-oriented coaching, combined with focused tracking of tasks helped me secure the job and position.
